12.2.7 Deleting an External Data Descriptor
This option only checks the higher-order object. That is, if the order has a
dependency, you cannot delete it unless the dependency is removed.
For example, assume an EDD is used in a Connector. Then, unless the
Connector is deleted, the used EDD cannot be deleted.
