17.8 Accounting Journals Reports

To perform data lineage from Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) to Accounting Foundation Cloud Service (AFCS), a PMF run pipeline with connectors must be executed. This is achieved through the grouping-assigned transaction number from AHCS that is mapped to that transaction number in AFCS. The AHCS grouping-assigned transaction number searches for the transaction number in AFCS and this number is mapped to the sourced contract-transactions or journals in AFCS. This journal retrieves the Account Entries Identifier from which the Accounting Journals result area report is generated.

This report has the following options:

  • Analyze: To analyze the values displayed in the report.
  • Refresh: To update the values displayed in the report.
  • Export: To export data in multiple output formats.
