16.3.2.3.1.2 Return an Action

To return an existing Action, perform the following steps:
  1. On the Inbox page, click the required Action.

    The Action Details page is displayed.

  2. You can view the submitted action and the corresponding Business Term details.
  3. To return the Action, click Return.

    A confirmation message is displayed.

  4. Enter the reason for rejecting the submitted action, and click Save.

    A confirmation message is displayed.

    Note:

    You can modify Action details and re-submit it for approval.
  5. Close the acknowledgment.
  6. Click outside the Action Details page to close it.
