4.1 Prerequisites

• Access to the Accounting Foundation Cloud Service.
  Before accessing PMF services, ensure that you have the following access rights:

  • WFCRUD_EXT - to access Workflow CRUD API
  • WFEXEC_EXT - to access Workflow Execute API
  • WFREAD_EXT - to access Workflow Read API

  For more information on user group and user role mapping, see User Group and User Role Mapping.

• Appropriate User Privileges to access the services.
• Technical and Functional knowledge to understand and execute the REST APIs and configuration knowledge.
• Knowledge of REST Concepts, JSON, and browser-based REST Client.
• Knowledge of interactive and automatic tools to verify the APIs such as Postman and Command Line Interfaces (CLI).

Note:

Trailing Slashes (/) are not supported in REST API URL's. Avoid adding trailing slashes at the end of URL's.
