18.4.1 Accessing the Standard Reports and Dashboards

To access the standard dashboards and reports in AFCS, complete the following steps:

1. On the Home Page, from the click Dashboards from the LHS menu. You will see the basic summary reports.
2. On the page header, click Dashboards and select the required dashboard.

Each seeded dashboard contains a set of options at the top of the page, which you must select to create the report. The Balance Computation Results dashboard consists of the following reports:

• Period to Date
• Period to Date History
• Ledger Sets

Note:

After the 25B upgrade, in the BCR subject area, the user cannot view the reports if the extended Out-of-the-box dimension code is not available in the INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT LEDGER COA SEGMENTS COMBINATION ENTITY. Therefore, the user must delete and re-add the extended Out-of-the-box dimension in the Report Configuration User Interface to view the code and then generate the report related to INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT LEDGER COA SEGMENTS COMBINATION ENTITY.
