13.4 Deleting an SLA in the New User Interface
To delete an SLA, follow these steps:
Users can only delete an SLA which is Draft
status.
- Login to the AFCS application.
- On the Home page, click SLA Configuration link.
- From the SLA Summary page, search for the SLA that you wish to delete.
- From the Actions option, select Delete to delete an SLA which is in Draft status.
