13.4 Deleting an SLA in the New User Interface

To delete an SLA, follow these steps:
Users can only delete an SLA which is Draft status.
  1. Login to the AFCS application.
  2. On the Home page, click SLA Configuration link.
  3. From the SLA Summary page, search for the SLA that you wish to delete.
  4. From the Actions option, select Delete to delete an SLA which is in Draft status.
