13 SLA Configuration Using New User Interface

This section provides information on creating an SLA, and copying an SLA, deleting and SLA and unpublishing an SLA using the new user interface.

1. Login to the AFCS application.
2. On the Home page, click SLA Configuration link. The SLA Summary page is displayed.
