22.7.4.6 Snapshot PTD and Incremental PTD Execution Guidelines

The Snapshot PTD process and the incremental PTD process are complementary and must be used as follows:

• The Snapshot PTD process must be executed at the beginning of each fiscal period.
• Snapshot PTD population remains mandatory and must be executed once at the beginning of every fiscal period.
• Snapshot PTD population can be executed after Beginning of the Day results population.
• Snapshot PTD population can also be executed later within the same fiscal period, if required.
• Execution of the incremental PTD process does not impact the snapshot PTD population.
• Execution of the snapshot PTD process does not impact the incremental PTD process.
