14.2 Publishing an SLA Using New User Interface

The SLA Review and Publish function is used to publish the configured SLAs.

To publish an SLA, complete the following steps:

1. Login to the AFCS application.
2. On the Home page, click SLA Configuration link and the SLA Summary page is displayed.
3. Search and select for an SLA which is in Configured status.
4. On the SLA tasks you need to complete page, click Review and Publish to start the publish process.
5. On successful completion, the SLA status changes to Available.
