14.6 Deleting a Reclassification Rule

To delete a reclassification rule, follow these steps:

Users can only delete a rule which is Draft status.

1. Login to the AFCS application.
2. On the Home page, click SLA Configuration link.
3. Navigate to the Reclassification Summary page, search for the reclassification rule that you wish to delete.
4. From the Actions option, click the Delete icon to delete a rule which is in Draft status. A confirmation message is displayed.
5. Click Delete button.
