20.4 Information Access Control PMF Execution

Once the data access rule has been created, the user has been mapped to the IAC User group, logout and login to the application and then execute Information Access Control PMF. Once the PMF has been executed successfully, the Out-of-the-box dimensions are filtered in the Balance computation results and Results subject areas based on the IAC.

Note:

• Configuration of Information Access Control by users should be performed only on existing hierarchy data, as sourced, held in parent-child form. It should not be performed directly on hierarchy data rendered and held by the service in forms other than Parent-Child format.

To execute the Information Access Control PMF, follow these steps:

1. Login to the AFCS application as a user assigned with IAC User group.
2. On the Home page, navigate to the Process Orchestration menu and select Information Access Control Data Population pipeline from the Process Modeller page.
3. Select the Execute Run option from Actions.
4. Select the Execution Type as With Parameters and enter information in the As of Date field.
5. Click Execute.
