13.6.7 Process Management for SLA Using New User Interface

This section allows users to view the list of processes that are available for an SLA using the new user interface.

1. Login to the AFCS application.
2. On the Home page, click SLA Configuration link. The SLA Summary page is displayed.
3. Click on the SLA that you wish to view from the SLA summary page, and click Process Management button.
4. From the Manage Process SLA page, click on the Process Name link that you wish to view and the corresponding process canvas page is displayed..
