You can remove the user definition(s) which are created by you and which are
no longer required in the system, by deleting from the User Maintenance
window.
Select the checkbox adjacent to the user ID whose details are to be
removed.
Click Deletein the User Maintenance tool bar.
Click OK in the information dialog to confirm deletion.
Note:
User can access the application until the delete request is
authorized.
