When HOLIDAY_CALENDAR_CODE is entered, ensure HOLIDAY_CALC_OPTION_CD is either 1 or 2 (Shift Days only or Recalculate Payment).

HOLIDAY_ROLLING_CONVENTION_CD is filled with one of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 code value.
