7.5 Financial Elements

On the event date, the Cash Flow Engine computes the results of that event, the financial elements. For example, in a payment event, it can compute the following:

  • Interest
  • Principal Runoff
  • Total Cash Flow
  • Ending Balance

The Oracle Financial Services Cash Flow Engine generates over 50 financial elements that can be used in the analysis.
