Oracle Financial Services Anti-Money Laundering Enterprise Edition

Supplement change contains FCCM Enterprise Case Management functionality; this functionality has a restricted use and is to be used only for the following purposes:

  • To investigate cases related to AML behaviors for events derived only from the Oracle FCCM AML Detection engine. The Behavior Detection Alert Management user interface is not to be used to review and disposition any alerts and no alerts can be sent to a case using the Promote to Case functionality;
  • Any correlation rules can only allow for either each individual event singularly being correlated to a case or having events correlate for the same focal entity for a single behavior detection engine run (a single batch ID);
  • Application Users can only be assigned the following available roles: CM Level 1 Analyst, CM Level 1 Supervisor, Case Administrator and Case Viewer roles. The permissions associated to these roles cannot be modified except when the customer would like to implement Trusted Pairs and/or Event Suppression. In this situation, the permissions may be added to the roles as described in the following table:

  • In Case Designer only the applicable workflow can be changed when editing the Anti Money Laundering Event Disposition Case Type. The Attributes and Entities cannot be changed;
  • Any changes to workflows must be made by editing the Anti Money Laundering Event Disposition workflow. No other editing of workflows is allowed;
  • RFI functionality cannot be implemented;
  • QA Sampling functionality cannot be implemented; and
  • Web Services available for Enterprise Case Management product cannot be used;
  • Only existing Application Rules can be used in Process Modeling Framework. If an Application Rule needs to be created it can only be of a Decision Rule type. No additional Application rules can be created when developing workflows in Process Modeling Framework barring the only exception if an Application Rule is a Decision Rule Type.
