AAI_WF_BULK_MAIL_TRIGGER Table

If you have set the N_EMAIL_NOTIF_REQ parameter to 2 in the AAI_USER_PREFERENCE table, additionally you need to set the V_BULK_MAIL_TRIGGER value to Y in the AAI_WF_BULK_MAIL_TRIGGER table.
