Viewing Execution Logs

Use the Logviewer Service page to monitor and review the execution details of an Account Summary load run.

To view execution logs:
  1. From the Account Summary Load Configuration page, click the Actions icon (...), and then select Execution Logs.
    The Logviewer Service page is displayed.
  2. Review the following summary details displayed on the left panel:

    Field Description
    Batch Run Id Unique identifier for the batch execution (for example, ACCOUNT_SUMMARY_LOADER_2026-07-17_1)
    Process Id Identifier of the task within the batch run (for example, TASK1)
    Time Elapsed Total time taken for the execution
    Total Logs Total number of log entries generated
    Timezone Timezone in which log timestamps are displayed
    Log Frequency Interval at which logs are refreshed
  3. Use the severity filter tiles (All, Debug, Info, Warn, Error, Fatal) to filter the log entries by severity level. Each tile displays the count of logs for that severity.
  4. Use the Search field to locate a specific log entry by keyword.
  5. Review the log entries displayed in the table, which includes the following columns:
    • Sequence – The order in which the log entry was generated.
    • Timestamp – The date and time the log entry was recorded.
    • Severity – The severity level of the log entry (Info, Warn, Error, Fatal, or Debug).
    • Message – The description of the action or event logged.
  6. Click the column header sort icons (Sequence, Timestamp, Severity) to sort the log entries.
  7. (Optional) Toggle auto-refresh to enable automatic log updates at the configured interval, shown next to Last refreshed.
  8. To export the logs, click Download, and then select one of the following formats:
    • PDF
    • Excel
  9. 9. Click Close to close the Logviewer Service page and return to the Account Summary Load Configuration page.
