6.3 Locked

In this status, a Forecast Set is locked and can no longer be updated.

  • System Administrators and Planning Administrators can change the status of an Initialized or Published Forecast Set to Locked.
  • Locking a Forecast Set is a one time, irreversible process.
  • Locking a Forecast Set prevents any subsequent updating of the forecast.
  • Locked Forecast Sets can be retained as required.
  • Locked Forecast Sets can be exported to other Planning Applications.
  • Locked Forecast Sets can continue to serve as “Prior Forecast Set” or as “Initialization Forecast Set” for other Forecast Sets.
  • Only Locked Forecast Sets can be purged from the system.
