P.4 Configuring User .profile Settings

This section describes how to configure the User .profile settings.

To configure the user.profile settings, follow these steps:

1. Login to the OFSAA Server as a non-rootuser.
2. Editthe user.profile. Update the value for PATH variable from JRE 1.7 to JRE 1.8.

   For example:

   PATH=/usr/java/jre 1.8.0_45/jre JAVA_BIN=/usr/java/jre 1.8.0_45/jre/bin LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/java/jre 1.8.0_ 45/jre/lib/amd64/server.
