9.4.2 Purged CTRs

Administrators can purge old CTRs and their respective e-files based on the lookback period provided in the application.

When the Purge batch is executed, all CTRs belonging to the period before the provided look-back period will be purged and no longer listed in the application. They will be then stored in the purged tables in the database.

E-files of the respective purged CTRs will be purged only if all the CTRs for which the e-file was generated are purged. If even a single CTR in the e-file does not match the lookback period criteria and is present in the application then the e-file will not be purged.
