2.4.4.7 Adding Attachments

Use this section to add an attachment to the selected person involved.

To add an attachment to a Persons Involved record, follow these steps:
  1. On the Persons Involved page, go to the Attachment section.
  2. Click Attachment to add an attachment. The Add Attachment window displays.
  3. Enter the comments in the Comment box.
  4. Click Attach File. Select a file to attach. Click Upload. The attachment is added to the selected persons involved record and the user returns to Add Attachments window.

    Note:

    You can attach only .text, .doc, and .xml files.
