4.4.2.4.6 Adding Comments to Customer
Use this section to add comments to the customer record.
To add a comment to a customer record, follow these steps:
- On the Customer page, go to the Comments section and click Add to add a comment. The Add Comment window displays.
- Enter comments in the comments field and click Save. A confirmation window displays.
- Click OK to confirm the addition of comments to the selected customer record.
