5.3.4 Changing the DOEP E-File Status to DOEP E-File Transmitted

When a DOEP E-File is in DOEP E-File Generated or Filed – Regenerated status, you can change the status to DOEP E-File Transmitted if the submission was accepted on the BSA filing site without warnings or errors.

Note:

This does not apply if your implementation is using SDTM batch e-file submission.

To change the status of a DOEP E-File to DOEP E-File Transmitted, follow these steps:

1. In the DOEP E-File Details page, click DOEPE-File Transmitted. The Actions window displays.
2. Enter the required fields as explained in the following table.

   Table 5-4 Action Window Field Descriptions

   Field	Description
   E-FileID	This field pre-populates the selected E-File ID. This field is not editable.
   BSA Tracking ID	Enter the BSA Tracking ID exactly as it appears on the BSA filing website.
   Standard Comments	Select the standard comments from the list.
   Comments	Enter comments in this field.

3. ClickSave. A confirmation window appears.
4. ClickOK. The status of the E-File is changed to E-File Transmitted.
5. If you click Save and Attach, a confirmation window appears. Click OK. An Actions window displays.
6. ClickAttach File. Select a file to attach. Click Upload. The attachment is added to the record. The status of the DOEP E-File is changed to DOEP E-File Transmitted.
