4.4.2.4.3 Phone

Use this section to add a new customer phone and modify and remove an existing customer phone.

To add a customer phone, follow these steps:
  1. On the Customer page, go to the Phone section.
  2. Click Add. The Add Customer Phone window is displayed.
  3. Enter the required information and click Save. A confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Click OK. The new phone is added to the Customer phone list.
  5. To modify the existing phone, select the required phone from the list and click Edit. Modify the required information and click Save.
  6. To remove the existing phone, select the required phone from the list and click Remove.
