5.5 Sending Batch DOEP E-files Using SDTM

CTR allows batch filing using FinCEN's Secure Data Transfer Mode (SDTM), a secure mechanism for transferring batch submissions from an organization's internal server to the BSA E-Filing server. If your implementation is using SDTM to file automatically, you are still able to generate a DOEP e-file using the Generate DOEP E-file window, but you will not be able to manually upload or track the new DOEP e- file.

When the e-file is successfully generated, the status will be E-Fileavailable for SDTM.

• If the filing is successful, the status will be updated to either Acceptedor Accepted with Warnings.
• If the filing is not successful, the status is set to Rejectedand the included CTRs are set to Filed- Efile Rejected.
