B.2.3 Thresholds

Use the following guidelines when creating threshold names:

• For thresholds that represent minimum or maximum counts/quantities/amounts, use the prefix Min_ or Max_.
• Use the extension _Lmt, for thresholds that represent a time limit.
• List thresholds (which are applicable only in datasets) should contain the extension _Lst.
• Use the extension _Fl, if using a string threshold as a flag (which has a valid value of Y or N).
• Use the extension _Cd, if using a string threshold to specify a code.
