1.1 Who Should Use this Guide

The Scenario Manager User Guide, Release is designed for use by the Data Miners. The Data Miner is responsible for adjusting the pattern logic or thresholds of existing scenarios and employing data mining techniques to define new patterns and scenarios. This includes both mining data to detect new scenarios and mining data to identify patterns that indicate known scenarios.
