Running an Individual Business Entity Report
To run an individual Business Entity Report, select the individual report from the left menu. (For this example we are using the Account Entity Search Report and Customer Entity Search Report). By default the report will not return any records.
To view the report with specific details, follow these steps:
- Click the Business Entity Reports on the Dashboards menu.
- Click the Global Filters icon.
- The filters for that specific report are displayed.
- Select the desired options from the fields as described in the following table.

Field Description Account Identifier is LIKE (pattern match) Enter the unique identification number of an account. Supports pattern-based matches. Account Type Select the Account Type classification for the usage of this account. Account Ownership Type Select the account ownership type from the drop-down list. Account Holder Type Select the account holder type from the drop-down list. Account Status Select the account status from the drop-down list. Account Open Date Enter the account open date using the calendar. Account Group ID is LIKE (pattern match) Enter the numeric/alpha ID assigned to an account group. Supports pattern-based matches. Account Group Name is LIKE (pattern match) Enter the account group’s name. Supports pattern-based matches. Account Group Type Select the account group type from the drop-down list. Country of Domicile is LIKE (pattern match) Enter the name of country of domicile associated with account. Supports pattern-based matches. Effective Risk Select the calculated/assigned risk level for the account . Branch is LIKE (pattern match) Enter the branch name or code to find accounts tied to a specific branch. Supports pattern-based matches. Business Domain Choose the business area the account is associated with . Jurisdiction Select the governing legal/operating jurisdiction for the account. Account Address Country is LIKE (pattern match) Enter the country name in the account’s mailing/registered address. Supports pattern-based matches. Account Address State is LIKE (pattern match) Enter the state/province/region name in the account’s address. Supports pattern-based matches. Field Description Customer Add Date (Between) Returns customers added within the specified start and end dates. Customer Identifier (is LIKE) Enter the customer’s unique ID. Supports pattern-based matches. Customer Name (is LIKE) Enter the customer’s name. Supports pattern-based matches. Customer Status Select the Customer status from the drop-down list. Customer Type Select the customer category from the drop-down list. Business Type Select the business category from the drop-down list. Primary Residence Country (is LIKE) Enter the country in the customer’s primary residence address. Supports pattern-based matches. Primary Residence Region (is LIKE) Enter the region/territory for the primary residence (used in some countries).Supports pattern-based matches. Primary Residence State (is LIKE) Enter the state/province for the primary residence. Supports partial/pattern matches. Primary Residence City (is LIKE) Enter the city name in the customer’s primary residence address. Supports pattern-based matches. Business Domain Select the business area the customer is associated with. Jurisdiction Select the governing legal/operating jurisdiction relevant to the customer. Effective Risk Select the calculated/assigned risk level for the account . - Click Apply .
The report results are displayed on the right hand panel.
