Configuring Alert and Case Management
The following section describes how to disable and enable Oracle Financial Services Alert Management.
This parameter allows the system to identify whether or not Alert Management Actions and Fields are to bedisplayed based on the deployment installation. The values to be provided for this parameter are Yes(Y) or No (N).
By default, the parameter is set to Y.
To modify this parameter, follow these steps:
- Login as an OFS AM Admin User with valid user name and password. You are navigated to the Home page.
- Click FCCMand then click the AdministrationMenu and select Manage Installation Parameter.
- Select Deploymen tBased in the Parameter category.
- Select Alert Management from the Parameter Name drop-down list.
- Edit the parameter.
