The Network Definition Editor contains three components:

• Menu Bar: Provides access to other tools, but primarily provides functionality for the Network Definition Editor (for example, saving and deleting).
• Source Link DataSets: Specifies the link and node information within the Source Link dataset, and groups one or more datasets into a Network Definition.
• Network Characteristics: Specifies and maps each characteristic (that is, column) in the Net- work Characteristics dataset to a characteristic (that is, column) in an Input Characteristic data- set.
