Pattern Editor Toolbar

The Pattern Editor area contains the following toolbar elements:

• Add Sub-Rule: Adds sub-rules to a rule scenario pattern.
• Add Checkpoint: Adds checkpoints to a rule scenario pattern.
• Modify: Enables to you make and save changes to a pattern component using the Edit Rule dialog box.
• Cut: Allows you to remove and copy the selected pattern component.
• Copy: Copies the selected pattern component.
• Paste: Pastes a previously-copied or cut pattern component before or after the selected component.
• Delete: Deletes the selected pattern component.
• Edit Roles: Defines the variables, format, and display type of scenario attributes.
• Maximize/Restore: Expand or Contract the Pattern Editor area.
