7.1.7.1.7 Balances by KPDs

The “Balances by KPDs” Report provides the Cash Flow Output processes results related to the Balances measurements, you can drill down and roll up the results across hierarchies for the Key Processing Dimensions of Org Unit, Product, GL Account and Common COA.

You can use a series of Report Prompts, as previously described, to filter the data according to key attributes pertaining to the underlying Cash Flow Output results.

The report displays the underlying data according to the following Chart’ logic:

• Select Balance measurementThe chart provides you with a selection capability on the desired Cashflow Balance measurement.

• Select Org Unit HierarchyThe chart provides you with a selection capability for the desired Org Unit Hierarchical level.

• Select Product HierarchyThe chart provides you with a selection capability for the desired Product Hierarchical level.

• Select GL Account HierarchyThe chart provides you with a selection capability for the desired GL Account Hierarchical level.

• Select COA HierarchyThe chart provides you with a selection capability for the desired Common COA Hierarchical level.

• Selected Balance Measure by Org UnitThe chart reports the generated Cashflow output Balance Measure by Org Unit for each Cash Flow Output execution with respect to As of Date and Cash Flow Date (Month).

  The columns displayed in the chart are the following:

  • Legal Entity Leaf Name
  • Cashflow Process Name
  • Execution Run Identifier
  • As Of Date (Day)
  • Currency Name
  • Org Unit Hierarchy
  • Cash Flow Date (Month)
  • Balance Measure

• Selected Balance Measure by ProductThe chart reports the generated Cashflow output Balance Measure by Product for each Cash Flow Output execution with respect to As of Date and Cash Flow Date (Month).

  The columns displayed in the chart are the following:

  • Legal Entity Leaf Name
  • Cashflow Process Name
  • Execution Run Identifier
  • As Of Date (Day)
  • Currency Name
  • Product Hierarchy
  • Cash Flow Date (Month)
  • Balance Measure

• Selected Balance Measure by GL Account

  The chart reports the generated Cashflow output Balance Measure by GL Account for each Cash Flow Output execution with respect to As of Date and Cash Flow Date (Month).
