Syncing the Dump File

In Transaction monitoring cloud services, non-production environment and the Production enviroment are provisioned together. So, when an object definition is exported to the non-production enviroment, it is copied to the Production environment and vice-versa. Then, the dump file is synced automatically between these environments.

When the export dump file is not copied from non-production to production enviroment or vice-versa, an error message is displayed, and the File Synced status of a particular object definition in the Export Summary page is set to N .

You can manually sync the files using the Sync file option in the View menu.

Note:

This option is enabled, only if the dump files are not synced between the production and non-production environment and the File Synced Status is set to N.

To sync the export dump file, refer to the following procedure.

1. Highlight a migrated object and select Menu< three dot>.
2. Select Sync Dump File from the drop-down menu, to sync the associated dump file between the non-production and production environment.
