Syncing the Dump File

In Transaction monitoring cloud services, non-production environment and the Production enviroment are provisioned together. So, when an object definition is imported to the non-production enviroment, it is copied to the Production environment and vice-versa. Then, you can syn the import dump file between the two environments.

After successfully importing the dump file to non-production enviroment, you can sync the dump file to the production environment. If the dump file is not synced, File Synced status of a particular object definition in the Import Summary page is set to N .

You can manually sync the files using the Sync file option in the View menu.

Note:

This option is enabled, only if object definition is copied to the non-production environment successfully, and the dump files are not synced, and the File Synced Status is set to N.

To sync the import dump file , refer to the following procedure.

1. Highlight a migrated object,and select Menu.
2. Select Sync Dump File from the drop-down menu, to sync the associated dump file between the non-production and production environment.
