1.2.5 Private Watchlist Audit History

The Audit History feature provides a detailed log of all changes made to the private watchlist.

To see the Private Watchlist Audit history follow these steps:

1. Click the Private Watchlist Audit History icon and a pop-up will be displayed.

   Expand the Search, It will include the following components:

   1. Form Date, To Date, Updated By, Watchlist Id, Watchlist Name, Watchlist Type, and Jurisdiction filters.
   2. Search and Reset button.

      The Audit History data is displayed in a grid.

      The Audit History Data Column description are as follows:

      • Updated Date & Time: The private watchlist updated date and time.
      • Watchlist ID: An unique identification number for watchlist.
      • Watchlist Type: Watchlist Type
      • Jurisdiction: Watchlist Jurisdiction
      • Watchlist Name: Name of the Watchlist
      • Action: An action performed to the watchlist. For example: Add, Edit, or Delete.
      • Field Name: Modified field name.
      • Previous Value: Before modified field value.
      • New Value: After modified field value.
      • Updated By: Field value modified role.
   3. Download icon.

      The data in the grid is downloaded as an Excel file.

You can view the audit history of Watchlist records by selecting an option from the drop-down list. For example:

• Private Watchlist Audit History: Displays audit records for added (via UI or import), edited, and deleted entries.
• Private Watchlist File Upload Audit History: Shows audit records for private watchlist files uploaded through various sources, such as API and UI.
• Batch Execution Audit History: Displays a list of batch groups executed from the Private Watchlist screen
