1.5.2 Prohibited Country Audit History

The Audit History feature provides a detailed log of all changes made to the Prohibited Country list.

To see the Prohibited Country Audit history follow these steps:

1. Click the Prohibited Country Audit History icon and a pop-up will be displayed.

   Expand the Search, It will include the following components:

   1. Uploaded From Date, Uploaded To Date, Uploaded By, Record ID, and Country Name filters.
   2. Search and Reset button.

      The Audit History data is displayed in a grid.

      The Audit History Data Column description are as follows:

      • Updated Date & Time: The Prohibited Country updated date and time.
      • Watchlist Type: Watchlist Type
      • Record ID: An unique identification number for the prohibited country.
      • Country Name: Name of the country
      • Action: An action performed to the watchlist. For example: Add, Edit, or Delete.
      • Field Name: Modified field name.
      • Previous Value: Before modified field value.
      • New Value: After modified field value.
      • Updated By: Field value modified role.
   3. Download icon.

      The data in the grid is downloaded as an Excel file.
