4.26 Configuring the EDQ Watchlist Management Job

To ensure that watchlist information and its associated drop-down menus display correctly, you must update a specific property file before running the Watchlist Management job. Without these settings enabled, the drop-down menu options will not appear in the interface.

To enable the DJW setup in the Watchlist Management Property file, follow these steps:

1. Open EDQ, and select the Watchlist Management job.
2. Navigate to the Watchlist Management Property file and locate the DJW setup section.

3. Update the following properties: Change the value to Y. By default, it will be N.
   • phase.DJW - Stage reference lists.enabled = Y
   • phase.DJW - Sanction_List_Reference.enabled = Y
   • phase.DJW - Keywords_Preparation.enabled = N
4. Save the file and run the Watchlist Management job.
   • If you run the job with these settings, watchlist entries will appear with the appropriate drop-down menus.
   • If you do not run the job, watchlist information will display, but the drop-down menus will be missing.
