3.3.9.7 Return an Action

To return an Action, follow these steps:
  1. On the Inbox page, click the required Action.
    The Action Details page is displayed.
  2. View the submitted Action and its corresponding Business Term details.
  3. Click Return to proceed.
    A confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Enter the reason for rejecting the submitted action, and click Save.
    A confirmation message is displayed.

    Note:

    You can modify Action details and re-submit it for approval.
  5. Close the acknowledgment.
  6. Click outside the Action Details page to close it.
