3.3.5 Reopen an Issue

To reopen a closed issue, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the Inbox page and select the closed issue you wish to reopen.
    The Issue Details page will be displayed.
  2. Click the Re-open button.
    A confirmation message will appear.
  3. To confirm and reopen the issue, click Yes.
    Another confirmation message will be displayed. Acknowledge the confirmation message to complete the process.
