This illustration shows the Assessment Methodology and Logic.

  2. Select Assessment Methodology for Breach Computation:
    1. Percentage: In case you select variance based on Percentage, the cells will either Breach/Not breach based on the percentage set.
    2. Amount: In case you select variance based on Amount, the cells will either Breach/Not breach based on the amount set.
    3. Amount AND Percentage: In case you select variance based on Amount and Percentage, the cells will Breach only when both Percentage AND Amount fail.
For example, when Threshold amount is 50,000 and Threshold Percentage is 5% the following are the computations:
      1. If MDRM % Variance is 5 % (PASS) and $ Variance is 50,000(PASS) - Not Breached
      2. If MDRM % Variance is 15% (FAIL) % and $ Variance is 50,000 (PASS) - Not Breached
      3. If MDRM % Variance is 5% (PASS% and $ Variance is 150,000 (FAIL) - Not Breached
      4. If MDRM % Variance is 15% (FAIL) % and $ Variance is 150,000 (FAIL) - Breached
    4. Amount OR Percentage: In case you select variance based on Amount or Percentage, the cells will Breach only when one Percentage OR Amount fail.
For example, when Threshold amount is 50,000 and Threshold Percentage is 5% the following are the computations:
      1. If MDRM % Variance is 5 % (PASS) or $ Variance is 50,000(PASS) - Not Breached
      2. If MDRM % Variance is 15% (FAIL) % or $ Variance is 50,000 (PASS) - Breached
      3. If MDRM % Variance is 5% (PASS% or $ Variance is 150,000 (FAIL) - Breached
      4. If MDRM % Variance is 15% (FAIL) % or $ Variance is 150,000 (FAIL) - Breached
  3. Click Save.

Note:

There is no restriction for the Assessment Methodology. Depending on the business needs you can change the methodology as and when required.

In case the methodology is changed, the assessments done are based on the new option selected.
