2.2.2 User Roles and Privileges
Enterprise Case Management system offers three different types of user roles for investigating the cases. These are Out of Box roles used in the default workflows.
The following table refers to the list functions that each user role can perform.

Note:
Trusted Pairs and Suppression Administration requires administrators to have specific permissions to access, view and edit submissions. The functions and permissions necessary for those individuals are described below:- To get Trusted Pairs Admin permission, user role must be mapped with the CMADMNTP (V_FUNCTION_CODE) function.
- To get Designate Trusted Pairs in Case’s Event Details page, the user role must be mapped with the CMDSGTP (V_FUNCTION_CODE) function.
- To get Designate Suppression permission, the user role must be mapped with the CMDSGSUP (V_FUNCTION_CODE) function.
- Update other versions
- To get Suppression edit permission, user role must be mapped with the CMEDITSUP (V_FUNCTION_CODE) function.
- To get Suppression view permission, user role must be mapped with the CMVIEWSUP (V_FUNCTION_CODE) function.
For the CM Level 1 Analyst, CM Level 1 Supervisor, and CM Front Office Analyst users, Take Action and Assign options will not be available OOB. If these users want to access the Take Action and Assign options, map the following functions to these users. The following table describes the Function Mapping.

You must have an FCCM Analytics License to access Reports. If the User Role does not have access to the Reports menu, the User Role must be mapped to the Reports function (RPS).
The User Role must be mapped with the Statement View function (CMSTMTVW) to access the reports via the Statement View option within the case.
