5.4.5 Using Order Tab

About Order Tab

The Order tab provides information about any orders that are associated with this case. Investigators can use order data to understand customer motivations and risk through examination of sale and purchase patterns, employee or trader motivations through examination of trading in possible reaction to customer order placement or through examination of trading in reaction to market conditions.

The Order tab has the following sections:

• List of Orders
• Order Details
• Order Events
• Executions

The following tasks are performed using the Order tab:

• View and analyze the orders that are associated with the case.
• Retrieve detailed information for the orders.
• View and analyze the order events that are associated with the case.
• View and analyze the executions that are associated with the orders.

List of Orders

The List of Orders section provides information about the orders that are associated with this case.

Viewing Order Details

The Details section provides detailed information about the selected order.

To view more details about the order, follow these steps:

1. Select the check box associated with the order in the List of Orders.
2. Click View Order Details.

   The details for the selected order are displayed in the Details section.

Viewing Order Events

The Order Events tab section displays the list of order events associated with this case.

Viewing Executions

The Executions tab section displays the list of order executions associated with this case. Investigators can use this information to understand trader performance through examination of the order execution process.
