3 New Features/Enhancements

The following is the list of new features and enhancements included in OFS Enterprise Case Management Release 8.1.2.11.0:

• New ECM UI - Revamped ECM UI offering better experience, removing clutter and optimizing utilization of available screen space.
• MCC code - Added Merchant Category Code (MCC) to capture MI, wire and cash transactions.
• EUR currency format - Added EUR currency formatting support. For example, 1000.00 EUR is displayed as 1.000,00 EUR.
• Configurable decimal format - Added configuration to control the number of decimal places displayed.
• Display both Security ID and Security Name under orders in event details tab
• Relationship tab enhancement - Added configuration to determine which parameters to use for establishing relationships between entities for related cases and events.
• Alert suppression - Users are able to select a condition for suppressing future events. This can be done while taking decision on a single event and is not possible if user selects multiple events.
