14.25.3 Configuring RFI Additional Parameters

Configure additional Request for Information (RFI) parameters to control the behavior of RFI email notifications.

The RFI Additional Parameters configuration controls additional Request for Information (RFI) settings. Set the parameter value to Y to enable the additional RFI configurations.

  1. Open the Manage Common Parameters page.
  2. From the Parameter Category list, select Used for Design.
  3. From the Parameter Name list, select RFI Additional Parameters.

  4. Edit the required parameter values.
  5. Click Save.

    A confirmation dialog box appears asking:

    Would you like to save these actions?

  6. Click OK.

    A confirmation message appears indicating that the update operation completed successfully.

  7. Click OK.

    The Manage Common Parameters page is displayed.

The additional RFI configuration is saved and becomes effective.

Attribute Description
OVERRIDE_RFI_MAIL_SUBJECT Specifies whether the default RFI email subject is overridden.

Set the value to Y to override the default subject.

  • If no entities are selected, the subject is: Questionnaire for Case ID <Case ID>.
  • If one or more entities are selected, the subject is: Questionnaire for Entities: <Entity Name(s)> involved in Case ID <Case ID>.

Set the value to N to retain the default RFI email subject.
