3.6.2.1 Lookup Table Details

The Lookup Table Details pane captures the identifying information and configuration settings for the Lookup Table rule.

Specify the following fields:
  • Code: The code is auto-generated. You can also manually enter a numeric code. Only numerical values are allowed; special characters are not permitted.
  • Name: Enter a short name for the Lookup Table rule. This field is required before you can save the rule.
  • Folder Name: Select the folder in which to store the Lookup Table rule. This field is required.
  • Description: Enter an optional description for the Lookup Table rule.
  • Physical Table Name: Displays the name of the physical database table associated with the Lookup Table rule.
  • Access Type: Select Read Only or Read/Write to control access to the rule. Only the creator of a rule may change its Access Type.
  • Use As Of Date Filter: Enable this toggle to apply an As of Date filter when the Lookup Table is used in rule execution. This toggle is enabled by default
The following options are also available in this pane:
  • Show Sample CSV: Displays a sample CSV template showing the expected format for importing data into the Lookup Table.
  • Lookup Table Data: Opens the Lookup Table Data screen, where you can view, add, or delete data in the lookup table. This button is enabled only after the Lookup Table reaches the Table Created state.
