7.1.7.2 Rate Calculation

Portfolio-level rates are calculated as the simple arithmetic average of the account-level rates. This applies to Transfer Rate, Add-On Rate, and All-in TP Rate.

Final Rate = (R1 + R2 + ... + Rn) / n

Where R1 through Rn are the account-level rates for the n accounts in the portfolio.
