7.9.6 Delete WebSphere Profiles

To delete a WebSphere profile, follow these steps:

1. Select the check box adjacent to the required application and click Stop.
2. Stop the WebSphere profile to be deleted.
3. Navigate to WebSphere directory:
   <WebSphere_Installation_Directory>/AppServer/bin/
4. Execute the command:
   manageprofiles.sh -delete -profileName <profile_name>
5. Delete the profile directory.
   Example: <WebSphere_Installation_ Directory>/AppServer/profiles/<profile_name>
6. Execute the command:
   manageprofiles.sh -validateAndUpdateRegistry
