8.4.4.3 Delete Status
To delete an existing status, follow these steps:
- Click Open icon to view the Ask Oracle page.
- Click Admin menu. The Investigation Hub Administration page is displayed.
- Click Workflow Designer link. The Workflow Designer page is displayed.
- Click Status tab. The Status page is displayed.
- Select the status and click Delete Status . The Delete Case Status? dialog box is displayed.
- Click Delete to delete the status. This will permanently delete status and it cannot be recovered.
