8.6.2.5 Delete Questionnaire

You can delete a created questionnaire.

To delete a questionnaire, follow these steps:

1. In the Questionnaires page, click Actions Menu and select Delete corresponding to the questionnaire that you want to delete. The Confirmation dialog box is displayed.
2. Click OK. The successful message appears.
